Renovation and Addition

The design challenge for this project entailed the modification of an existing residence to be accommodating and adaptable to hosting major School events such as fundraising meetings, while still serving as a family home. While maintaining the residential look on the street-facing façade, a covered porch overlooking a lacrosse field provided a location for entertaining guests with a view of the school. Further, the interior was opened up and renovated to foster the interaction of guests in a larger group setting.
