Renovation

These Pre-K classrooms are located in a 1960s building that still had exposed concrete block walls throughout before O’Brien & Keane was asked to transform the space into a place to delight the young students. The walls were given a bright smooth finish and natural wood materials were used in the cabinetry and flooring to create a pleasant nature-oriented atmosphere. Cork board walls were incorporated to provide adaptable display surfaces. A playful apple tree with porthole peekaboo windows provided the finishing touch.
