Our goal is to create learning environments that support community, faith, and academic excellence, while aligning with budgets and timelines.

  • We handle zoning, land-planning, building code compliance, ADA accessibility, and interior architecture. For sacred spaces we also consider liturgical guidelines and heritage preservation.

We work closely with allied consultants (engineers, liturgical artisans) to deliver a turnkey solution.

  • Begin by contacting us for an initial consultation. We will schedule a meeting, understand your vision and budget, review site conditions, and determine the scope of work.

From there we provide a proposal for the appropriate phases. We believe in strong client communication and leading each design process as a true team.

  • Timelines vary based on project size, scope, and approvals. A typical new church building might take 18-24 months from schematic design to occupancy; school additions/renovations may take 12-18 months depending on phasing.

We assist with scheduling and keep you informed throughout.

  • Fees are based on the scope of services, project size, complexity, and whether furnishings/interior design are included. We will provide a detailed fee proposal after defining the scope and services required.
