We handle zoning, land-planning, building code compliance, ADA accessibility, and interior architecture. For sacred spaces we also consider liturgical guidelines and heritage preservation. 

We work closely with allied consultants (engineers, liturgical artisans) to deliver a turnkey solution.

Timelines vary based on project size, scope, and approvals. A typical new church building might take 18-24 months from schematic design to occupancy; school additions/renovations may take 12-18 months depending on phasing.

We assist with scheduling and keep you informed throughout.

Fees are based on the scope of services, project size, complexity, and whether furnishings/interior design are included. We will provide a detailed fee proposal after defining the scope and services required.
