OB&K is a small, studio-oriented, established firm. We primarily design and build institutional projects with a focus on schools, churches, libraries and banks, along with some tenant improvement work. We are actively seeking candidates with 3-5 years experience in the production of construction documents; and/or candidates with perhaps less experience, but with exceptional AutoCAD drafting capabilities and the desire to immerse themselves in CDs.

Successful candidates typically embrace the entire design process and demonstrate high-level interpersonal and communication skills. Each member of the OB&K team works on all phases of his or her assigned projects. Responsibility and client interaction will be immediately commensurate with proven capability and drive.

OB&K is located in the heart of Arlington, on Wilson Boulevard, two blocks from the Clarendon Metro. Starting salaries commensurate with experience; increases based on proven contributions to the team. Excellent benefits.

Requirements: AutoCAD, excellent written and oral communication skills; experience with Revit, Sketch-Up, working drawings or construction management a plus.
